It is ideal for a lunch box meal or to use up leftover rice and serve with your choice of Manchurian or any dal preparation.

Introduction
Schezwan Chutney Preparation
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 cup Garlic cloves (chopped)
1/2 cup Ginger (chopped)
1/2 cup Red Chilli Sauce
1 cup Tomato Sauce
Salt (as per taste)
1 Cup Chilli Paste

Schezwan Fried Rice Preparation
2 tbsp Oil
Spring Onion (Chopped)
1/4 cup Green Capsicum (Chopped)
1/4 cup French Beans (Chopped)
1/4 cup Carrot (Julienne)
1kg Basmati Rice (Cooked)
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt (as per taste)
1 Cup Schezwan Chutney
