Parda Biryani Ingredients -
Preparation of Marinade
1 kg Chicken
2 tbsp Ginger Paste
2 tbsp Garlic Paste
15 Green Chillies (slit)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 & 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt (as per taste)
6 Dried Plums
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 & 1/2 cup Yogurt
Sautéing the Chicken
2 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
2 inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Black Cardamoms
5 Green Cardamoms
2 Star Anise
6-7 Cloves
5 Onions (sliced)
For the Dough
3 cups Refined Flour
