New research finds Australia could be under-reporting greenhouse emissions

New research using satellite technology has found that Australia could be under-reporting the true extent of tis greenhouse gas emissions from coal mines. A peer reviewed study by Dutch scientists claims six mines in the Bowen Basin emit twice as much methane as mining companies have been reporting to the government.
