Proposed changes to consumer and copyright laws gives “right to repair”

Consumers may soon have the right to repair the products they buy, with new laws being recommended that will prevent companies from withholding repair information. A report from the productivity commission has proposed a range of changed to consumer and copyright laws to enable independent repairs.
