Speaking at the Valedictory Ceremony of Pan India Legal Awareness and Outreach Campaign on November 14, Chief Justice of India NV Ramana said that Indian Judiciary has always been at forefront in Shaping the welfare state.
“The state judiciary being closely associated with people has to be sensitive and aware of difficulties. It needs to be cognizant about victim and the accused. The law needs to operate humanly. The most important step which needs immediate assessment is data managing. It will add transparency and streamline justice delivery process. We need to deploy more techs to meet these requirements,” he added.
