Demolition has begun at Wakefield's Clayton Hospital, a former healthcare facility dating back almost 200 years. Wakefield Grammar School Foundation was granted permission to demolish large parts of the hospital structure earlier this year, and will now redevelop the site into sports facilities for its students.
