Househelp in Saudi died of compressed neck not suicide - autopsy

The autopsy of deceased Caroline Aluoch conducted by Chief Government Pathologist Johansen Oduor at the Chiromo mortuary indicates that she suffered neck compression and trauma that led to her death. This differs from the results given by the Saudi Arabian Embassy which shows that she committed suicide.
