MUHURI files petition in court seeking answers from police over the abduction of Lamu man

Muslim for Human Rights (Muhuri) has filed a petition at the Malindi High Court seeking ‘habeas corpus’ orders compelling the police to produce a Lamu County government ambulance driver, who was allegedly abducted by police in Mkunubi on June 19.
