Duke Mitchell and Sammy Petrillo, a pair who made a brief career out of being dead ringers for Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, play a couple of Brooklyn chumps stranded on the Pacific island of Cola-Cola where a mad scientist (Bela Lugosi) is conducting some hair-raising experiments.
