Should the Pittsburgh Steelers Go All-in on an All-Out Rebuild?

Pittsburgh Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert didn't exactly inspire confidence that the team is committed to quarterback Ben Roethlisberger in saying that Big Ben is the team's QB right now. So, should the Steelers consider going into rebuild mode given where Roethlisberger is in his career?
