Dropshipping is a method that doesn’t require a business to hold a stock of products.
The store sells the product and passes the order to a third-party supplier.
The supplier will then ship the product to the customer.
It’s becoming more and more popular and it’s not a scheme.
It’s not easy money either contrary to what many may belief.
Indeed, there are day-to-day management issues to consider, as any other business such as order processing, returns, customer service, wholesale supplier management.
Dropshipping can be a good method to add to your already existing ecommerce, but alone, it can be hard to maintain due to the low margin.
It’s also highly competitive as it requires a low capital to start a business.
It’s hard to build a good branding as the product is not yours but the customers will only focus on the product and not the shopping experience.
