Ingredients:

3 extra large shallots
3 cloves of garlic
12 medium size mushrooms
lasagna pasta
3 eggs
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried basil
handful of fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded comte cyclamen cheese
1 cup shredded s. abondance fermier cheese
500 grams of ricotta cheese
280 grams of mascarpone cheese
8 fresh mozzarella cheese balls, sliced
