S. Ravi Chandran, the seventh accused in the murder of deputy public prosecutor Datuk Anthony Kevin Morais, on Monday revealed that the first accused, Col Dr R. Kunaseegaran, offered him RM1.5mil if he admitted to committing the crime in 2015.
