00:00Hi, kids. Put your Winky Dink magic screen in front of your TV screen and rub it hard with your magic cloth to make it hold fast.
00:09And then be ready to help us with your magic crayons in another exciting adventure of...
00:14Winky Dink and You!
00:17Winky Dink and You!
00:24Winky Dink and You!
00:26Winky Dink and Me!
00:28Always having a lot of fun together!
00:31Winky Dink and You!
00:33Winky Dink and Me!
00:35We are pals in fair or stormy weather!
00:38Say, Winky Dink, that makes the third glass of water your cousin Dorabel has taken outside.
00:48She must be mighty thirsty.
00:50Thirsty nonsense, Woofer. I'm doing a watercolor painting.
00:54That's real neat, Dorabel. Can we watch how you do it?
00:57You see, cousin Winky Dink, the colors in the foreground are nice and bright, but they get bluer in the background because they are seen through more layers of air.
01:07The only layers of air I notice around here are of the hot variety.
01:17What happened?
01:18Woofer tripped and fell right into the stream in your painting.
01:21Oh, poor Woofer. He doesn't swim very well.
01:24Help me, somebody! I'm being swept away by the current!
01:29You stay here and keep watch for us, Dorabel. I'm going in to save Woofer.
01:35Good luck, Winky Dink.
01:37I can't stay afloat much longer, Winky Dink. Do something quick!
01:42Oh, the current is so fast I can't swim against it.
01:45Now that we're around the bend of the river, Dorabel can't see us anymore.
01:49Only the kids in the audience can help.
01:51Quick, boys and girls, get out your magic crayon and trace that watering trough in the barnyard there.
01:58Hurry now! Draw the trough and fill it in, too.
02:05Oh, that's it. Got it?
02:09Oh, thanks, gang. This is a swell raft for Woofer and me to ride on.
02:13Hop aboard, Woofer!
02:17Now I see where all of Dorabel's water went.
02:20Oh, it's nice to be riding high and dry in this raft, Woofer, but our troubles aren't over yet.
02:25How do we get off?
02:27That's not so tough, Winky Dink. We just catch hold of the next trough.
02:31That's not so tough, Winky Dink. We just catch hold of the next big tree branch that comes along and swing over to the ground.
02:38I hope we can do it.
02:40Say, here comes a big branch now.
02:42Ready? Let's go!
02:45We made it, boys and girls. You can erase the raft with your magic cloth now.
02:51Rub hard. Clean off your magic screen.
02:55Woofer and I are going to have to hike back to where we left Dorabel.
02:59Oh, I haven't hiked so far since I was in dog scout camp.
03:04Oh, don't complain now, Woofer. We're almost to the top of this big mountain.
03:08We should be able to have a clear view from the top.
03:11Why does your cousin Dorabel have to paint such tall mountains anyway?
03:17There she is, Woofer! There she is!
03:19But she's so far away. How could she ever see us?
03:23Dorabel! Dorabel!
03:28Oh, dear. I do wish Cousin Winky Dink would come back.
03:31A while ago, I thought I heard him calling my name, but it must have been the wind in the trees.
03:38It's no good, Winky Dink. We're too far away. How can we get her to see us?
03:43Our only hope is that the kids in the audience can help.
03:46Boys and girls, get out your magic crayon and draw my hand.
03:50Draw all the fingers. The thumb, index finger pointing, and then the other three.
04:04Got them? Good. Maybe now Dorabel will be able to see us.
04:10Oh, my gracious. There's Winky Dink and Woofer on top of that big mountain.
04:15I'll just scoop them out with my camel's hairbrush. Hang on, both of you.
04:20Oh, thanks a million for your help, kids. Erase your drawing with your magic cloth.
04:26Get it all off. That's it.
04:30Well, Woofer, what do you say now about Dorabel's painting?
04:34Fantastic. I'm going to ask her to give me some lessons in realistic paintings myself.
04:41Painting landscapes, Woofer?
04:43No, Winky Dink. Painting bones.
04:46Be with us on our next big Winky Dink adventure, gang.
