In my last video ... cough... okay, the first half of my last video ... about the case of Franco Albrecht, the soldier accused of attempting to topple the state with a vintage gun and blaming it on a refugee, I explore the reasons for the paranoia and neuroticism that led to all the witchhunting. The immediate shift in the elitist culture followed the failed coup d'etat in Turkey. Then Defence Minister Ursula von der Leyen used Albrecht's arrest for a bonkers iconoclasm in all military bases across the country. The population, however, let it happen because of the military scepticism that draws from many sources, not only from the dire experience from both World Wars. Among other things (e.g. the leftist pseudo-pacifism) there is an underlying envy of the last remaining superpower which is expressed in habitual anti-military self-righteousness. I discuss Thomas P. M. Barnett and his "The Pentagon's New Map" book to outline the globalist ideology that seeks to bring down the hegemon America to extend the power of its elites while accepting the change of the "rules of road," which is the culture and its unprecidented level of freedom.
