How to Automatically Pause Playback When Minimized in VLC Media Player on Windows 10?

Step 1: Click on the Search Box, and then do a search for 'VLC' without quotes.

Step 2: Left Click on the 'VLC Media Player' to open it.

Step 3: Click on 'tools,' and then Click on 'Preferences.'

Step 4: In the Interface section, go to 'pause playback when minimized,' and then check the box.

Step 5: Click on 'Save' button. After that, open your Video in VLC, and when you minimize it. It will be paused.
