White chocolate cream :
80g white chocolate
50ml milk
80g non-dairy whipping cream
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Chocolate ganache :
200g dark chocolate
100g UHT whipping cream
20g butter
Topping :
150g whipped cream
9” round cake tin
Bake at 140°C for 50 minutes. Then bake at 160°C for 10 minuets
