How to make Dark & White Japanese Cake at home,

Ingredients:

5 egg yolks
60g caster sugar
80g corn oil
100ml milk
120g plain flour
30g cocoa powder

5 egg whites
100g caster sugar

Dark chocolate cream :
150g dark chocolate
100ml milk
150g non-dairy whipping cream

White chocolate cream :
80g white chocolate
50ml milk
80g non-dairy whipping cream
1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Chocolate ganache :
200g dark chocolate
100g UHT whipping cream
20g butter

Topping :
150g whipped cream

9” round cake tin
Bake at 140°C for 50 minutes. Then bake at 160°C for 10 minuets
