MANILA – A fire gutted almost the entire public market of Lucena City, Quezon on Wednesday evening. Fire erupted at around 8 p.m. allegedly at an eatery inside the market. The fire reached the Task Force Alpha alarm and was placed under control at 11 p.m. No one was reported injured in the blaze. Fire investigators said almost the entire market was razed by the fire. Only 10 percent of at least 370 stalls were spared from the fire.
