Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
- 1 kg Chicken(boneless)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- Salt
- Egg
- Oil for Frying
Ingredients for Gravy:
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 Onions(chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 Tomatoes
- 4 green Chillies(chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Coriander Seed powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1/4 cup Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 Capsicum(diced)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Cream(beaten)
- 1/2 cup Cheese(grated)
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek Leaves(crushed)
Method:
1. Take chicken pieces in a bowl and add black pepper powder, corn flour, salt, egg.
2. Mix it well and let it rest for 15 minutes
3. Now, fry these chicken pieces in a medium-sized pan, until it turns golden brown, and remove it in a plate
4. In a pan, heat oil & Butter, and add onions
5. Fry until it turns golden brown with the help of salt
6. Once the onions turn golden brown, add tomatoes and saute it till the tomatoes turns soft
7. Now, add green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell goes off
8. Add coriander seed powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, tomato paste, water and mix it for few minutes
9. Now, add fried chicken cubes into the gravy, mix it and add diced capsicum, honey, water
10. Reduce the flame, add cream, cheese, fenugreek leaves(crushed) and mix it
11. Cover it and cook it for another 5 minutes
12. Once cooked, take it out in a serving bowl and serve it hot.
