In football, top South Korean striker Hwang Ui-jo is leaving for Europe to pursue the next step in his career.
It was officially announced over the weekend that French football club Girondins de Bordeaux have reached an agreement with Hwang's current team in Japan, Gamba Osaka to transfer him.
Reports say all that's left for the 26-year-old is the medical tests and paperwork.
As for the details of the contract, reports say Hwang is close to agreeing to a 4-year term.
Hwang has 27 international caps to his name.
Eight of those were with the South Korean senior national team.
