Indo-Chinese food Paneer Chilli is a delicious mix of flavours from Chinese and Indian cuisine. This paneer chilli recipe is basically a stir fry of deep fried cottage cheese cubes with green capsicum, chillies, onion, garlic and delicious Chinese sauces. A perfect cocktail party recipe that pleases will please everyone right from the kids to the grownups. You can even turn this chilli paneer starter into a main course by thickening the gravy.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp Corn Flour
3 tbsp All Purpose Flour (maida)
2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt
1/4 cup Water
3 tbsp Oil
200 gms Paneer
For the Chilli Sauce
3 tsp Garlic (chopped)
2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1/4 tsp Spring Onions (white)
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Green Capsicum (sliced)
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Water
1 tbsp Corn Flour & Water
1 tsp Vinegar
Spring Onions (green)
Sesame Seeds (white)
Method: Lets start with Corn Flour in the bowl with All Purpose Flour (maida), Ginger-Garlic Paste, Black Pepper Powder, Salt and add Water (as shown in the video).
Whisk it properly, so you don't get any lumps. Now, heat up the Oil in the pan, in the meantime coat the Paneer cubes into the batter. Start frying the Paneer cubes into the pan, flip the peices on regular basis on all side. Take the Paneer cubes out of the Pan into the plate. Add Garlic (chopped) into the pan with Ginger (chopped), swirl a bit in the pan then add Red Chilli Flakes, Spring Onions (white), Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Green Capsicum (sliced) stir it a bit then add Soy Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup add little bit of Water, then add Corn Flour to which add some water and pour them right into the Pan, add little bit of Salt mix it well. Now you can add the Paneer cubes into the mix, then gently coat the paneer with the sauce, switch off the heat and add Vinegar, with Spring Onions (green) on the top. Just before serving, sprinkle on Sesame Seeds (white) and your Paneer Chilli is ready to be served.
