Car is also included in the Vanillaworks Extended pack (https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/vanillaworks-extended-pack-add-on-oiv-tuning-liveries-vanillaworks-and-other-modders) by the Vanillaworks team. The vanillaworks pack also makes the cars in the pack, as well as cars from R* DLC packs, spawn in traffic.
