Richard Attenborough selling family home as he battles health issues - NewsX

89 year old English actor & filmmaker, Richard Attenborough has put his 18.4 million dollar London home on sale owing to his ill health. The actor who is wheelchair bound due to a minor accident in 2008 believes that it is not practical for him to keep the mansion. Attenborough's wife Sheila Sim too is also suffering from Senile Dementia for the past 12 years now. Now the couple has put its sprawling home in the U.K. capital's Richmond Green up for sale because both stars require full-time care. In an interview to a British daily, the actor's brother Sir David Attenborough revealed that the couple need full time care due to their ill health and selling the house seems to be the best possible step to ensure the same. Richard is best known for his film Gandhi in 1982 and is also remembered for his roles in Jurassic Park & Brighton Rock amongst many others.
