Ingredients:
Oil
1 tbsp Butter
Green Chillies, chopped
Green Garlic, chopped
2 Onions, chopped
3-4 Tomatoes, chopped
Salt
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Water
1 Capsicum, chopped
Coriander powder
Cumin seed powder
2 Eggs, boiled
Coriander leaves
2 Eggs
Tomato Ketchup
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add butter, green chillies, green garlic, onions, tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, saute it well and add water.
Close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add capsicum, mix well and add coriander powder, cumin seed powder and grate boiled eggs on it.
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Break 2 eggs on the masala and quickly start mixing.
Add tomato ketchup, some water, coriander leaves, mix well and break 2 more eggs on it.
Close the lid and cook for 2 mins.
Switch off the flame, add red chilli powder, coriander leaves and butter.
