Husky emits strangely high-frequency whine when he's not quite happy

Kobi the husky really wanted a treat, and, well, this is one way to get the message across.

The video shows the hungry dog letting out a high-pitched wine, stopping for air intermittently and starting again. When asked if he wants a treat, his ears immediately prick up as if satisfied that his grievances are finally being heard.
