A new report shows that not one single state has reduced it overall obesity rate. According to Gizmodo, the 2017 report shows that six states actually saw an increase. Those states are Iowa, Ohio, Oklahoma, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and South Carolina. This report is created by Trust for America’s Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Its data showed that from 2015 to 2016, 39.6 percent of adults meet obesity criteria.
