A wildfire that broke out on July 8 and shut down Interstate 580 in Alameda County, California, was completely contained on July 9, according to Cal Fire officials.The Grant Fire grew to 640 acres and shut down the interstate in both directions on July 8, according to the Sacramento Bee.Lilith Frost told Storyful she took video as she was traveling east to Modesto, California, via the Altamont Pass.
