Ingredients:
Sprouted Moong bean
Mint Leaves
4 tsp Breadcrumbs
Coriander Leaves
2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp Ginger, grated
1 tsp Garlic, smashed
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder (as per your taste)
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
Lemon juice
Breadcrumbs for coating
Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
Add sprouted moong, mint leaves, and grind them coarse.
Move it into a bowl and add breadcrumbs, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mix well.
Add lemon juice to the mixture at the end.
Make small tikkis of the mixture and coat it with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan, and fry the kebabs in it.
Cook them on low flame on both sides.
Once they're done frying, take them out on a plate.
