Police looking at theft, embezzlement and public misconduct by Henderson constable.

Metro police executed a search warrant last week... at Henderson Constable Earl Mitchell's home, office and bank. The investigation was sparked by a Review-Journal story... questioning Mitchell's spending. Police seized computers, bank funds, documents and a shotgun. The warrant said the funds were derived from... embezzlement, theft, unlawful use of public money and misconduct of a public officer.
