Their rooftop greenhouse is where many of the plants they grow on the rooftop begin life, but it also plays home to a bar, a large dining table and a massive wood-fired grill. They have five bedrooms, following a similar aesthetic as the rest of their building. They are fairly priced, beautifully furnished and have been created with the intention of being a place to crash following a meal, for the weekend, or a week on business. A slightly more formal version of their downstairs pub, with proper napkins and full table service. It changes weekly, and always involve a couple of sharing dishes too.
