EASIEST Fish to Catch in Florida Keys! Catch Clean Cook- Yellowtail Snapper

This was from the second day of fishing offshore in the Florida Keys with brooks family. We caught a decent amount of Yellowtail Snapper, a keeper black grouper and multiple other species of reef fish. For this catch clean and cook, I prepared the yellowtail snapper fillets with the skin on and show you how to scale them in preparation to be pan seared.
