Theory of Love

Why do you think people fall in love? Why is it that certain forms of love are short-lived while the others endure for life? There are many theories that have been proposed by researchers, sociologists and psychologists who have tried to explain why and how love forms and sustains. Love also has mystical and spiritual meanings mostly in Abrahamic religions. The multiplicity of its uses understanding mixed with the convolution of the feelings involved makes love bizarrely tough to steadily describe, if matched with other emotional conditions. Although there are many theories that have been explained by theorists there are six important ones which are usually looked up to and are recognised by the theorists in the world:

Colour wheel theory of love
Attachment theory
Vulnerability and care theory of love
Reward theory of attraction
Filter theory
