DOUGH TIPS\r
Double in size \r
Rise without sticking \r

HAWAIIAN SWEET ROLL RECIPE\r

1 ½ c. pineapple juice\r
4 ½ tsp. ive dry yeast\r
2/3 c. granulated sugar\r
1/2 c. butter, at room temperature, plus extra for brushing rolls\r
1 tsp. vanilla extr\r
2 large eggs\r
5-6 c. bread flour\r
1 tsp. salt\r
1/4 C melted butter \r
microwave the pineapple juice about 40 seconds, it should reach about 105 degrees F\r
in the bowl of a mixer with a dough hook stir together yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar and pineapple juice, let stand for 5-10 mins.\r
add the remaining sugar, butter, vanilla extr, and eggs; stir to combine.\r
add 3 cups of flour and salt. Stir on low \r
Continue adding flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough JUST starts to clears the sides of the bowl. The dough will feel sticky. \r
continue to knead for about 1 minute.\r
Cover bowl with plastic wrap, and let it rise until dough has doubled in size, about 1 1/2 hours.\r
Shape dough into rolls. If you would like smaller, dinner-sized rolls, shape into 24 rolls. If you would like larger, bun-sized rolls, shape into 12-18 rolls depending on desired size.\r
Cover rolls with plastic wrap (sprayed with non stick spray), and let rolls rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.\r
Toward the end of the second rise, preheat oven to 350 F.\r
Bake rolls for about 18 minutes (for dinner-sized rolls), or until rolls are golden brown.\r
Immediately brush rolls with melted butter.\r
