The growl of motorcycles could be heard all day with a ride that had stops in Huntingdon, Blair, Cambria and Somerset counties.
Shawna Leahy has ridden motorcycles for the past 3 years and says there are scary moments on the road.
“Most of the times it's when they think they have the time to pull out in front of us and we have to quickly stop,” explained Shawna Leahy. “We don't have the stopping capacity that a car has and if there's a lot of people behind us we have to watch out for them as well.”
President of the club Morgan Todd says with it being Motorcycle Awareness Month, this was the perfect way for them to remind people that bikes are back.
