You can also make this ghost on your Monster Tail here….. You will need a Rainbow Loom to make this design and Jacy used 79 white rubber bands and 2 black rubber bands. They can be used on Halloween garland, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, key chains or anything you would like. They make great decorations. We consider this to be an advanced/expert design because of the fast pace, hooking and sewing of the rubber bands. Please make sure you are able to make some of Jacys other designs before making this mini ghost. \r
