Sad state of human lives in Ohuhu in Umuahia, Abia state

Villagers scoop fuel from a fallen petrol tanker on the bad roads of Ohuhu in Umuahia, Abia state.
Some of the villagers including women and children resorted to scooping fuel from the tanker which fell due to the deplorable road in the area.
