Did The Rock run over Austin?

Mick Foley promised to deliver the person who ran over Stone Cold at SSeries the previous year. He pointed out that The Rock had the most to gain in Austin's absence and only his DNA was found in the car. But despite all of this insurmountable evidence, The Rock was proven innocent...so who did it???
