(via stupidDOPE.com) We here at stupidDOPE love the adrenaline-pumping exhilaration that is NASCAR, but there is no cleaner ride than the triumphant return of the Tide Ride. Quite recently, we stopped by Charlotte Motor Speedway to kick it with Joe Gibbs Racing x Tide for the Bank of America 500 race. The team's No. 20 Toyota Camry shined as bright as Tide PODS keeps your white laundry. Now that we think about it, there's a bunch of similarities between NASCAR x Tide PODS... Let us count the ways:

Much like the No. 20 Hauler that encases and holds all of the mighty components it takes to race, Tide PODS is a 3-in-1 laundry product that’s twice as compacted as Tide Liquid. Engineered with concentration in mind, Tide PODS is a ever-changing assemblage of detergent, stain remover and brightener all held in a convenient pack.

With a united 55 years in racing, Matt Kenseth and Joe Gibbs know that kindred values and an never-ending commitment to the sport they love is the one surefire way to succeed. That very same rhetoric is the reason why Tide has been a household name for over 70 years. So there was no surprise that the Tide Ride fans went bonkers after the news broke about the resurgence of the brand in NASCAR. Paying homage to racing greats Darrell Waltrip, Ricky Rudd & Ricky Craven, the newly designed wrap for the Tide Ride doesn't forget where it came from.

The pit stop is a well-oiled machine comprised of a highly skilled team that acts as one. From the tire changer to the gas man and jackman everyone is revolving around the whip like your clothes spin in the washer. Tide PODS operate synergistically in the wash to deliver mighty results every time. The chambers in Tide PODS keeps the liquids separate until it hits the washing machine, consequently creating the cleanest clothes for your buck.

When a plan comes together in NASCAR, it's because the operating processes have been streamlined for minimal error. With Tide PODS, laundry becomes ultra-efficient. They don’t involve pouring or measuring, AND there’s no spillage.

Lastly safety is at the top of the list for the No. 20 Hauler team. From fire suppression systems, foot boxes and carbon fiber seat construction, safety features on Matt Kenseth's whip are in place to keep him off the hook from potential hazards. NASCAR safety guards eerily resemble Tide’s “Keep Them Up, Keep Them Closed, Keep Them Safe” home safety policy that ensures the safe use of Tide PODS.

So check the above clip for a quick insight from Matt Kenseth on his partnership with Tide PODS and leave your comments at the drop!
