Ingredients:-
For scrambled eggs:-
2 tbsp. Butter
4 eggs, beaten
Salt to taste
Black pepper, ground
½ cup Milk

For fried rice:-
2 tbsp. Oil
2 tsp. Garlic, chopped
½ cup Spring onions, sliced
½ cup Capsicum, chopped
¼ cup Celery, chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
2 tsp. Soy sauce
1½ cup Basmati rice, Boiled



Method:-
1. In pan heat butter and pour the beaten eggs in it.
2. Then add black pepper and milk to it.
3. Transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate.
4. In another pan take oil and add garlic, spring onions, capsicum, celery, salt, black pepper, soy sauce and saute for a bit.
5. Then add the boiled rice and cook well.
6. Now add the scrambled eggs followed by spring onion greens and mix well.
