After Man Ape is finished choking Conan, he goes for the arms. He grabs Conan's arms and forcefully bends them all the way back. Conan screams, and then Man Ape twists Conan's arms and bends them another wrong direction. Conan can't take it, he bends himsself forward, drops his sword, and then Man Ape pulls Conan back up thus bending/twising his arms further.
