Ingredients:-
2 tsp. Ghee
3-4 Green Chillies, Slit
½ kg Cucumber
½ cup Tamarind paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp. sugar
Grind to a paste:
½ fresh grated coconut, 1 tsp. Coriander Seeds and ½ tsp. Mustard Seeds, 1 tsp. Rice, ½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
Method:-
- Heat ghee in a pan and add chillies and cucumber to it.
- Add ½ cup of water and cook with lid on.
- Add the tamarind paste and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground paste and some water and cook again with the lid on.
- Add salt, sugar and bring the curry to a boil.
