Joseph Schooling from Singapore has upstaged the great Michael Phelps in the 100m butterfly to win Singapore's first-ever Olympic gold medal.

Joseph's father, Colin Schooling was watching the race at the home of his son's friend. His face broke into a wide grin, and tears of joy welled up as his son made history by scoring Singapore's first Olympic gold.
