Ingredients
- Strips of chicken breast
- Oil
- Butter
- sliced onions
- sliced mushrooms
- sweet paprika
- mustard
- brandy
- flour
- chicken stock
- chives
- rice
Method:
- In a hot pan add some oil and butter and let it heat then add the strips of chicken and cook it till its no longer pink and keep it aside in other bowl
- In a different pan add butter and let it melt, add sliced onion when half cooked add sliced mushrooms, sweet paprika, mustard, brandy, flour, chicken stock, chicken & salt & pepper
- Add sour cream and mix it properly , some chicken stock & cover it with the lid and cook it for 10 minutes
- Take it off the heat and add some chives
- Melt some butter in the pan, add chopped onion, rice, increase the flame & add chicken stock & slat and black pepper & let it come to boil.
- Cover it with lid and keep weight on top and reduce the flame and keep it for 11 minutes.
- Add some butter and mix it through and some chopped chives
