A FireElsa (AU) rewrite of Let it Go from Disneys Frozen. This version of the song doesnt turn Elsa into a villain. She remains true to herself and harnesses her powers of fire and heat to create beautiful things (fireworks, sandy beaches, glass, etc.) just as she does with snow and ice in the original story.\r

LYRICS:\r
My fire shines bright in the black of night\r
Only embers to be seen\r
A pyre of desolation\r
And I fear that Im its Queen\r
The blaze is burning like this raging pain inside\r
I ignited the spark when it should have died\r
\r
What have I done? What did they see?\r
Am I the bad girl I always seem to be?\r
Deny yourself, dont let it show\r
Well, now it shows!\r
\r
Let it glow, let it glow\r
My fire is warm and bright\r
Let it glow, let it glow\r
Why judge it wrong or right?\r
I cant help that I was born this way\r
Let the flames rage on\r
The heat never bothered me anyway\r
\r
Its painful how my charred past\r
Scarred my desire to try\r
But those fears from my seared memory\r
Are fears Ill now deny\r
\r
Its time to live life sure and new\r
To be the fire, pure and true\r
No good, no bad, no judge for me\r
Im free!\r
\r
Let it glow, let it glow\r
A phoenix reborn, Ill fly\r
Let it glow, let it glow\r
Im not afraid to try\r
Nows my turn\r
So watch me burn\r
Let the flames rage on\r
\r
My fire furies toast the ash and torch the ground\r
My smoky cinders roast the air and scorch all around\r
Relive regret no more, forgive, forget the past\r
Ive been looking back too long\r
A futures all I ask!\r
\r
Let it glow, let it glow\r
Im the light at the break of dawn\r
Let it glow, let it glow\r
Cold yesterday is gone\r
Here Ill stay, Im the warmth of day\r
Let the flames rage ON!\r
The heat never bothered me anyway\r
