Squats went alright today.
Pretty clean for a gym PB. Thats a 20kg increase from my max within 3 weeks.
Squat gains increasing rapidly, could barely get a 200kg single 3 weeks ago now were here.. Lets see how fast I can hit 220kg and refocus on heavy deadlifts.
3rd time deadlifting in a month, where I would usually deadlift twice to three times a week. Grinder on the second rep because I knew it was coming up.
I went 200kg, 210kg then 220kg. Hit all the squats. Benches went 130kg, 137.5kg, 145 kg (X). Missed my last bench. right pec is still giving me issues. Deadlifts .
