Just an updated video. The old pallof press was four years old. Im more jacked now, and have less hair. But whatever.

Inspired by Nick Tumminello and strength coach Andrew Zomberg, this is an excellent Pallof Press variation that trains anti-extension, but also is great for glute .
A little tweak on the Pallof press.
Yet another cool Pallof press variation that trains the core in a pure ANTI-ROTATION fashion, as well as encourages more glute activation/posterior pelvic tilt.
