On May 3, Toys R Us held a special event celebrating everything Star Wars in preparation for Star Wars day, May the fourth! ("May the force be with you... May the fourth be with you"- Get it?)
In celebration of the upcoming Star Wars film, Episode VII: the Force Awakens, Toys R Us partnered with LEGO to premiere a new Star Wars set, the Wookiee Gunship! (Did you know that some Star Wars materials spell Wookiee as "WOOKIE" and others as "WOOKIEE?" Weird, right?)
We got our Darth Vader on and attended the special Star Wars event at a Toys R Us store near us, and had a great time! There were many kids and Star Wars fans eager to see the premiere of the new LEGO toys. Many were dressed as their favorite Star Wars characters like Darth Vader and Storm Troopers!
While waiting for the event to begin, we found these Crayola candies for sale and just had to do a quick video of them with our impressions!
Crayola actually makes many kinds of colorful candy, including "Color your mouth" pops/lollipops, candy canes, dippers, gum balls (gumballs), taffy and candy straws. The flavors for all of Crayola's candy products include cherry, orange, grape, apple, raspberry and lemon.
