Korea opens its first unmanned post office
A post office where people can send and receive mail without tellers and postmen using information and communications technology was introduced for the first time in Korea. The unmanned post office is improving customer convenience by providing postal and financial services, satisfying the needs of busy modern people, while emerging as an alternative for alienated areas that don't have post offices. We will introduce the era of ubiquitous post offices equipped with automation and unmanned systems technologies.
